Rustic Mobile Trailer Bar w/ Tool Setup $790

Includes- rustic mobile bar, two tap keg system, large cooler, wine bucket, cocktail tools, trash/recycling cans, fruit and straw caddy, mixer bottles and ice well

Tipping Policies

Our staff is paid a living wage. You are welcome to have a tip jar on the bar or have a host tip at end of the event. We recommend 20% of bar staff costs. 

-You will need to provide permits if applicable for the venue. Here is a link to applying for your permit. 

-Commercial Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance Covered

-Includes 25 miles of travel from our office.  

-We will need a final guest count and menu 30 days prior to the event. A bartender assistant may be added depending on the final numbers. 

-All reservations are not booked until a deposit has been made. The deposit is half of the estimated final total. 

-The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event. 

-Cancelation Policy is included in the contract.

-We have the right to refuse service to anyone. We will obey all state and local alcohol laws. 

-No one under the age of 21 is to consume alcohol. 

-No one who is intoxicated will be served alcohol.

-No one is to operate a motor vehicle under the influence. We highly recommend a shuttle van service or cab service.

-All venue rules and regulations will be adhered to. 

-All remaining alcohol will be boxed up and left at the bar location unless prior arrangements have been made.
